In this phase, I will reach out to you to discuss the requirements and objectives of your project. We will gather all relevant information and define the scope of the work together.
AGREEMENT & CONTENT PLAN
Next, we will draft an agreement between you and me, outlining the terms, costs, and schedule of the project. At the same time, we will create the video content plan, determining the structure, content, script, and target audience of the videos.
DELIVERY FIRST DRAFT
After finalizing the plan, I will produce the initial draft of the video content and deliver it to you with watermark for feedback. This gives you the opportunity to provide input and make any necessary changes before we finalize the version.
REVISION
Based on your feedback, I will make a revision and adjustments to the video content (voice over, music, small edit) to ensure it meets your expectations and objectives.
INVOICING
Once the final version of the video content is approved by you, I will prepare an invoice and send it to you for the services provided. This includes all agreed-upon costs and any additional charges.
DELIVERY
Finally, after payment I will deliver the final version of the video content to you in the agreed-upon format and at the agreed-upon time. This marks the end of the process and the completion of your project.
